On Today’s podcast, Underbite Theatre Company’s Artistic Director, Shelli Pentimall talks about the upcoming production of “Would You Still Love Me If”, a production dealing with Transgender issues among a flurry of immediate decisions these characters need to make in the same time frame. The conversations revolving around transgender issues are at a high, for better or for worse. The focus tends to lean towards male transitioning to female. In this production, John S. Anastasi’s piece takes a more clinical approach as Danya and Addison are lesbian lovers with a baby on the way now, deal with transition as they have life-changing choices to make.
